WSA Hobie Championship Tour event 5 scores at Pismo

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 8 December, 2006 : - - The Fifth event of the WSA Hobie Championship Tour went off on Sunday, December 3, at Pismo Beach Pier.  The surf was small but fun and contestable, and the weather was absolutely perfect - warm, sunny and no wind.  The surf held up most of the day, but the low tide and small surf in the afternoon made it more conducive to clamming than jamming.  The competitors took it all in stride and made the best of what nature offered up.

With five events left, It’s not too late to start surfing WSA and qualifying for our West Coast Championships at Church and earning your spot at the Surfing America USA Championships.  Our next event is a two-day event at Salt Creek.  This is a popular event and it will sell out. Everyone loves to surf Creek during prime time NW swells.  Plus all competitors at Creek will receive a long sleeve WSA T-shirt and a WSA Flexcomb!
