Gul team riders Joe Davies and Ben Haworth have been prominent figures in the British Longboard scene throughout 2006.

This year Joe competed at the World Longboarding Games in Costa Rica, won the Open at the Citibank/Cloud Nine Jersey Longboarders series 2 and is currently on the cover of the latest issue of Pacific Longboard magazine through his feature on the Indonesia boat trip on which he was invited, along with World Longboard Champion Josh Constable and former British Longboard Champion and Gul team rider Lee Ryan.

Ben Haworth has had a brilliant year winning the Open division at the Cornish and Open, Junior British Longboard Union and most recently coming away with second place in the Longboard at the Junior European Championships in Portugal following a last minute call up for the Headworx English Surf Team.
