Acclaimed Artists On Show During The Malfunction Surf Festival

 

Art works by some of Australia’s best know surf themed artists and photographers will be on display during next weeks Malfunction Surf Festival at Greenmount Beach Resort Coolangatta.

 

Featuring art works by Mal Leckie, Harry the Hat, Rob Oberman, Lisa O’Brian, Scott Christensen, and Richard Harvey with carvings by Marcus Thorne.

 

Surf photography from the early sixties and seventies will be exhibited by Mal Sutherland and Eddie Sawden.

 

Special highlight will be the display of surfboard art by Hawaiian surf legend Billy Hamilton.

 

The exhibition will have an opening evening on Tuesday 8^th May at Greenmount Beach resort  from 7pm, with the exhibition open to the public daily from Wednesday to Saturday 11am – 4pm and Sunday 11 -1pm.
